The Knödel dumpling is a little piece of our Heimat, our homeland. They are easily Paul Grünerdigestible, and come in a wide array of forms, providing nearly limitless diversity. Meat, fish, vegetarian, sweet – you want it, you’ve got it. Our 70–80 gram Knödel are pre-made and simply cooked to perfection. Vacuum packed, their shelf life is 21 days at minimum.
