Rights of the data subject: The data protection law gives the data subject the possibility of exercising certain rights in according with Article 7. In particular, the data subject has the right to know whether and which personal dataconcerning him or her exist,even if they are not yet saved, and to get more detailed information, in an intelligible format, about these data, their source and the reason and purpose for their use, in addition to details regarding the holder, the person in charge of processing, and the persons and categories of persons to whom the data may be communicated.
The data subject has the right to confirm, verify,correct and supplement his or her data, as well as to request that the information be deleted, blocked and, if the processing contravenes the legal safeguards,to have it converted into anonymous data. He has the right, for a justified reason, to oppose processing of the data, whether in whole or in part, as well as to request its deletion, blocking or conversion into anonymous data and, without justified reason, if the data are being used for the purposes of commercial information, sending of advertising material, direct sales or for marketing and opinion research.
