Our Environmental Policy Concept
To better communicate our environmental efforts to the public, we meet the requirements of the Austrian Eco-label for event catering and party services.
The Austrian Eco-label is the highest official award for environmentally conscious tourism, gastronomy, and cultural enterprises. Our company must meet strict criteria in many areas, which are verified by independent bodies. Through these measures, we contribute to a sustainable environment and hope to offer our guests an enjoyable experience.
By complying with the criteria of the Austrian Eco-label, we minimize the major environmental impacts that arise during the three phases of the service life cycle: purchase, provision, and disposal.
Our efforts to reduce environmental impact include:
- Motivating our employees to act in an environmentally responsible manner through regular training and information, as well as opportunities to actively contribute to the company’s environmental program.
- Encouraging guests to actively support the implementation of our sustainability efforts.
- Efficient use of energy and water, with a preference for renewable energy sources.
- Waste prevention through conscious product purchasing and waste separation.
- Avoiding water pollution by using environmentally friendly cleaning and washing agents sparingly.
- Reducing long transport routes by using regional and seasonal foods—wherever our food trucks are located.
- Collaborating with and supporting local producers and small circular economies.
- Purchasing products with environmental certifications, as well as organic food and beverages.
- Increasing guest satisfaction through high service quality.
